Small unheated areas of a building may be protected by a wet system if an antifreeze-loop or auxiliary dry system in installed.  Anti-freeze loops are normally inspected at the same time as your wet sprinkler system.  However, if you have a "stand-alone" anti-freeze loop, a technician can come on-site and test your system for adequate protection against freezing.
